We were actually overseas at the time and I called him on a Tuesday. He had the listing entered into MLS with pictures (which we had on file), detailed description, and accurate information by the Friday. He held an all day open house the first weekend and we had an accepted offer within a week . Since we were dealing with everything from afar-Jeff handled offer, acceptance, details, inspections and interactions with buyer’s agent seamlessly. He was great at communicating throughout the entire transaction and we couldn’t be more pleased. As a former realtor myself, I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge of inventory, price recommendations and guidance for a stress free sale. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone with a real estate need in Cannon Beach and/or surrounding areas.
